Change or cancel order
We understand that there are times when you would like to change or cancel your order. Below you will find the steps you need to follow to do this.
Change order
If you want to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can help you change it. For example, we may change the delivery address, payment method or number of products. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can't help you change it. In that case you can refuse the package at the delivery person or return it according to our return procedure.
Cancel order
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can help you cancel it and refund the amount to your account. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the package at the delivery person or return it according to our returns procedure. As soon as we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the amount to your account.
Return procedure
If you wish to return a product, please contact us and follow our returns procedure. This is important to ensure that the product is returned properly and the amount can be refunded quickly. Below you will find the steps of our return procedure:

Pack the product well in the original packaging and add the invoice.
